Terms and Conditions

Here are the main points from our terms and conditions.

• We’ll help you with the initial backup configuration.
• We’ll back up the data you’ve selected.
• We’ll bill you monthly in arrears.
• If you don’t pay an invoice within 30 days we can remove your backup.
• You’re responsible for checking whether your files are backing up. And if they’re not, you must let us know.
• Once you have informed us, we’ll help you with getting the files backing up again.
• If our servers stop working, we’ll do our best to get them working as quickly as possible, but we can’t guarantee how long it will take.
• We provide no warranty for the backup software.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us.
